In order to offer as wide a selection of Books, DVDs and CDs as possible, we ship products from multiple locations around the country. This means if you order more than one item, there is the possibility that your order may be split into multiple shipments.
In an effort to maintain shipping costs as low as possible, we ship orders by cost efficient methods and charge a flat per item shipping fee regardless of where it is being shipped.

Please select your purchases carefully. Due to the fact that DVDs and CDs can be copied, only damaged or unreadable media can be exchanged for an identical item with the same format and can only be sent to the original order's shipping address.
Replacements must be requested within 7 days of receiving the damaged or unreadable media. The defective item (complete with all original packaging) must be returned to Media Fusion along with a copy of the invoice before we can ship out the replacement.
Please do not return any items to Media Fusion without contacting us first...you must have a original invoice to return a defective item.
